  This was easy to do and really convenient! I was grocery shopping at my local Safeway and needed to copy some keys too. I was able to do both quickly and without problems. 1 of the keys had to be ordered, but was delivered to my house a few days later. Pretty simple!

  Quick response, communication, & efficient work. Was charged $350 bc it was a keypad lock that needed to be drilled. I see another customer was only charged $150 + $29 service fee. Maybe it was because I needed the service on a weekend, Sunday 10/10/21. Overall, would use again bc it was such a quick & skilled job well done, but would confirm the cost beforehand. Although I expected this to be costly, I wasn’t expecting a $350 request after all the work was complete. I didn’t attempt to negotiate, something I normally do. I am still happy with the service. If I did try to negotiate, I think I would have requested $275 & given a $25 tip if it was accepted. At $350, I did not tip.

  The only complaint was that the key had shavings on the sides and in one teeth. I used a small nail file to get them out and the key works fine. Keys that have shallow teeth won't work duplicating. One key failed, but I was promptly refunded which was nice.
