The machine was at times difficult to use. We had to start over several times because it wouldn’t let us get 2 of the exact keys and they were expensive compared to other key makers. But the convenience was what we needed and the KEYS ACTUALLY WORKED even though they may have looked different from what ours did. We ordered a special one for our daughter that had to be mailed and it didn’t take long to receive.

Called to get my truck unlocked because I left the keys inside. They got me a technician and said it would take about 45 minutes to get to me. Sure, reasonable. But almost an hour goes by and no one comes. Then I get a text to tell me they’re just CANCELLING the job because they said they’re too busy. Luckily I was able to call a more reliable locksmith right before my phone died and get my truck unlocked in less than 30 minutes.
