  2 keys had to be shipped and neither key works. Overpriced too at $8/key. Go somewhere else. South Square Paint & Hardware did them for $4/key and they actually work. EDIT: Using the online form you can report keys that don't work and they provided a full refund. Updated from 1 to 3 stars.

  I went to one kiosk location and created keys that didn't work. However, after emailing customer service, I was able to get a full refund within 24 hours so I decided to give it one more try at a different kiosk. All three of the keys worked great.

  Terrific experience! Both keys I had made had been done poorly at local hardware stores and didn't work until I went back twice...they were perfect from Keyme first time. Amazing!
