Don't call them for VW stuck in lock or stuck on situations!!! I spent over an hour waiting for them. Called them back four times. They say each time, we show a work order, the tech was supposed to call you, I will have him call you. After the third time I refused to be called back. They hung up on me, then 10 minutes later they called me back revealing that there was no actual tech because they couldn't find one. I will give them the benefit of the doubt that it's because the problem is rare, but don't use these folks if you want transparency. They are a broker.

KeyMe was a lifesaver! We made keys a few months ago and created an account to save our key in the system. We accidentally locked ourself out of the house with no keys or phones. We walked 1.5 miles to the grocery store and was able to have a spare key made in minutes. So glad I used KeyMe!

Super easy and quick. I had 3 keys made and I was in and out quickly. The key selection was also nice 😊
