This place is the definition of a scam. I called, got transferred to my "technician", and was quoted a price based on the service and my location. I was priced at $150 by the technician himself over the phone. When he showed up, the price magically changed to $180. When I called to complain about this (recall: there are "No Hidden Fees" advertised on the website) the service lady hung up on me. I would NEVER use this service again. THERE ARE HIDDEN FEES!!!!!

Called and was forwarded to 2 people before I got a call from a tech. No one would give me any kind of estimate for a simple door being locked. 30$ for someone to come out and then they would say how much. Tech was rude on the phone when I inquired if a rough estimate can be given for a cost. Other places called were able to give me a cost estimate
