Kiosk was easy to use. When I got home, both keys worked, though they both were a little sticky in the locks. I expect that will get better with use. The selection of colored keys available at the kiosk without a wait was a little small, but if you're willing to have it mailed to you they have a decent selection.

I bought three keys. Two worked fine but the brass key didn't work. It got stuck in door knob and it took some time to get it back out. We won't use that one again.

Great service, they do good work. I have a lot of keys made there, and never had any that didn't work. They know what they are doing and have a wide range off keys, and service. Highly recommend them for any services you need.
