  I had 2 spare keys made but when I tried them both, I was able to insert them but not able to turn the key. I contacted KeyMe by email and they responded quickly. They refunded me the total amount. Great idea but it has to be improved.

  Keys were made fast, i just wish there were a few more choices in the Kiosk to choose from. I tried the keys as soon as i arrived home and they worked great. Keys didn't stick.
