The business itself is 5 minutes down the road from me, yet they had to send someone from Nashville to unlock my car. The lady on the phone couldn’t tell me how much it would be besides the $30 fee for something.. they charged me $140 to unlock my car. That is outrageously expensive! I do NOT recommend using this place at all. Most places in the area charge no more than $60.. had I known it would be that much I definitely wouldn’t have used them.

They ended up finding a locksmith to unlock my car, but had to call multiple times for them to actually explain what was going on. At the end of each call they told me to expect a call from my locksmith with an ETA, but come to find out they didn’t find me a locksmith until 45 minutes after my first call. I understand the wait, but it was frustrating being lied to.
