The 1st timé I used it, the key didn't turn the ignition(car), so I contacted the company & got a full refund. I decided to try the same location again. The key arrived in less than a week & it worked perfectly. I'll be using KeyMe again if any future keys are needed.

My key got stick in my car ignition and I contacted these guys. After speaking with someone on the phone he told the locksmith was going to contact me be never gave a time. After waiting all day for him to contact me he finally showed up and assessed the key and told me I need a new ignition switch and housing which I kind of already knew was the case. After he told me how much it was going to cost I simply questioned the price $1600. Apparently asking a simple question triggered and irate attitude about their prices. They are very expensive and he did not quit know what he was doing he didn't even know how to put my engine cover back on. Shame

We were a bit hesitant fearing the fob wouldn't work but we scanned our fob at the Kiosk and finished the transaction within a couple of minutes. Three days later our new fob arrived in the mail and it works! Much cheaper than ordering one from our HOA. Highly recommended.
