Did a fantastic job came out, no problem Didn't take long the guy was very professional very polite Matter fact when he got here and Was preparing to get to work he got a video call from an elderly father and I Had a moment to chat with the Elderly gentleman and He cracked a few jokes While his son was preparing to fix my car and it was fun Having the conversation and the Son Did a good job excellent

I will never recommend this place to no one. I got in touch with a locksmith and he was not communicative at all. When I told him what I wanted he gave me a price and that was it. Never heard back from him it was very unprofessional. So don't waste your time with this place

This is a fully automated key system, a vending machine for duplicate keys if you will.
Stick your key in the appropriate spot, do the credit card boogie, and in minutes your duplicate is ready.
Much like minute key, but a far greater selection.
Just a bit more expensive than some places, cheaper than others.
And, they have this app for sending the details about your key.
You can also store it for later use.
In short, an interesting solution.

Customer service gives attitude when you call about being locked out of your house.

They act annoyed when you sincerely want to know the difference between what a 19$ job is and a 200$. That's not including the 30$ charge that comes with the locksmith coming to give you the estimate.

I didn't call to annoy you, I called cause I'm freezing outside of my house like a dork while you're in a cozy office chair.

It's bad enough I have to wait in the cold while my dogs are barking inside. I don't need sass added onto this situation.

At the end of the day the job gets done but indifferent customer service makes you ask yourself, "should I just break my window myself and not give these people 230$?"

Simple process and the key I bought works..don't like that you sell keys that get mailed smh... I would've spent extra on that MICHIGAN key but o well
