  I made an appointment to have a locksmith come install a lock for me at 2pm. A locksmith didn’t show up to my doorstep until 4:43pm, after calling many times to find out the ETA of the locksmith prior to them showing up. I was told their locksmiths were all on other jobs. When I finally called back to cancel my appointment, they called me 40 minutes after the fact to tell me a locksmith was downstairs (4:43 pm) I sent them on their merry way. During many of the phone calls I had with these people, they continued to ask me for my credit card information over the phone without a locksmith being present. I’m convinced it’s a scam. Very unprofessional. Needless to say I called someone else.

  I wish I can put a few different keys on the same order and swipe once. Also it takes about 3-4 mins per copy. Otherwise the keys are a good cut.
