  Tried to duplicate three keys at the kiosk. The machine couldn't recognize one of them, and couldn't make the other two locally and instead sent them in the mail. When they arrived five days later I tried them out and they didn't work. At least their customer service was good and I was able to get a refund, but I would not use them again.

  Excellent service to make and save copies of all kinds of keys. And unlike the ones cut at the hardware store, they work 100% of the time. Add to that their promotional offers (buy 2 get one free), and they are almost the same price, but much much better quality. Good job guys!

  The keys worked perfectly, and the machine gave me a few options I liked. The price was a little on the high side, but for what you get (especially with BOGO offers for more than one key) it was worth it.
