The locksmiths that arrived were extremely friendly and professional and they took great care of my vehicle. I received a call when they were on their way with an estimated arrival time and they were there 5 minutes early. The dispatcher was very nice and said someone would be there in about an hour but it only took them about 40 minutes or so. I would recommend KeyMe locksmiths any day! Thank you for a great experience.

Canceled my service that I wasn’t supposed to pay for until it was complete and had a horrible time trying to argue this with them and why they had charged for something I didn’t use. Call a better lock they were 1/3 the price anyway.

I used the kiosk in Menards to copy keys. They were mailed to me in the time frame specified, and they work just fine. The only negatives from my perspective were the fact that they couldn't be made right then by the machine, and I felt they were on the expensive side.
