  On their website it says “we provide the full price prior to booking”. However, I spoke with two people prior to them arriving and neither would give me a price. I was told that the technician would go over pricing when he arrived. Only to be charged $50 for them to tell me it would cost $430 to cut a lock. Absolutely insane.

  It worked. Old Isuzu Trooper. Took in the key and like 8 days later had a spare key. I would do this again for sure.

  It will ask you for a password and a lot of extra information it doesn't need. It copied my key the first time. The second time I never got my key but it did refund my money. I am really sick of American customer service. We have to check ourselves out at grocery stores. We have to talk to a machine when we call any company. Huge corporations just expect our money and don't want to lift a finger for it.
