  Very first time I ever tried it I have to be honest I was a little skeptical. A bit disappointed I wasn't able to pick a k I wanted. But all in all the key that I got was great. When I was at the machine I truly didn't think it would work. But when I got home it worked better than the original. The experience was quick and easy I was so thankful I was able to make the key there and pick it up there. Thank you so much for such a great experience the key works beautifully.

  Had a key the machine could not duplicate. went for "receive by mail" option and paid the ten bucks. key does not work and multiple cutting errors are obvious when comparing to original key. Cant speak on the quality of the machine cut keys on site, but be wary of paying to have one mailed to you later.
