  Horrible, just ludacris! I followed instructions and it went through process of digitizing key. Then it selected type of key. After that the machine says it can't cut keys because it needs servicing. But, at same time, they want to charge your card and mail you the keys in 3-5 working days for extra fee. Waste of time; I feel like the company just wants more $$ by using this gimic. 👎👎Just go to Home Depot for assistance.

  It's convenient and works so it's generally available and no line. They can even save your key for you, in case you get locked out! Deducted two starts because it averages $15-$20 for one key.
