  They did not help me at all. They needed the zip code for my location. I did not know it immediately, and when I found it and called the back, they said they had no one in the area. Mind you, I was in an urban area, not stuck out in the middle of nowhere.

  Advertising their services in Salem VA. Called in and was told they dont service that area and immediately hangs up the phone. Rude, unprofessional and seems like scam to me
