  The first 2 times I made copies of house keys, they worked fine, but after I made copies of a key for a padlock, I received and email saying they were giving me a refund and not mailing me the extra keys I ordered because they did not think they would work. I plan to try again. I like the kiosk idea very much and used one in a hardware store and one at Bed, Bath and Beyond.

  My wife accidentally locked her keys and her spare in the car just before a trip. After futilely trying to coat hanger the lock for 10-15 minutes, we called you. The rep took our information on the phone (5 minutes) and told us she would get a locksmith to call us. The smith called (5 minutes), confirmed our information and told us he would be there in 30-35 minutes depending upon traffic. 29 minutes later, he called saying he was out front. He assessed the situation and 5 minutes later, the car was open with no scrapes to the paint or any damage. He was pleasant and efficient. From call to resolution it was ~45 minutes. Very happy.
