They have one of these copy a key machines at my local Kroger grocery store, I decided to use it to make a copy of my house key for my mom so she can get in and out whenever. The machine was very user-friendly and only took a few minutes for the whole process. The key I got from the machine was perfect and worked with no problems I would highly recommend it if you need a key copied !

I called at 6pm and they said 30-35 minutes, they didn't show up until 9pm. I was quoted somewhere between $30-$130, when he finished the job he charged me over $400 with no warning of the price or it's increase. The keys he copied look terrible, they work for now but I don't have faith they will last after some use. When I called to complain they hung up and claimed that I had someone else out even though they are the only locksmith I called about my issue. COMPLETE SCAM, DO NOT USE.

I've used this twice now. The first time I was in a pinch. I tried several places to copy a camper key and nobody could do it. Thought I'd try as a last resort. The machine was unable to make the key there, BUT it said I could do mail order. It took 2 days to get the key. I was impressed . The second time I used the machine was for a hard to find blank for a house key. I'd tried several places but always got the same puzzled look from the key cutting person. Went to KeyMe with the intent of getting another mail order. To my surprise the machine had the correct blank. Very pleased.
