  Amazing customer service. I was concerned because the teeth on my new keys didn't match the old ones. I thought they wouldn't work right. I called customer service right at the machine. The customer service rep assured me they would work fine but gave me a full refund since I had concerns about it. The next day I tried them out on my locks and they do work! So thankful.
