  Love the fact they come to you. Just make sure you call dealership first and get key fob programming price before you call KeyMe. Would have been more stars if I was not told it would be 200 dollars for programming when dealership only wanted 70 plus service fee. So know your prices first and KeyMe will meet the price.

  I'm posting this for a disabled friend who was locked out when he lost his keys. the locksmith was very prompt to arrive but all he did was break off the deadbolt and charged $160, and provided no way for my friend to lock his door for the two days that he was waiting for his landlord to come back into town, and who had to install a new deadbolt himself. there was a communications problem because my friend was not able to understand why the locksmith couldn't help him further. He was unable to leave his home and had to prop his door closed from the inside for 2 days to keep Intruders out. this is not the way a locksmith is supposed to treat people!😱 Customer service was even worse! Keyme corporate spent two weeks promising that they would escalate this problem through management then at the end of that, They denied having any involvement placing all responsibility on the third party locksmith. the third party locksmith called elocal, a company which seems rather obscure denies that they did anything wrong since all they were responsible for was a lockout. even though my friend is disabled elderly and lives alone and had no way to protect himself from Intruders or to leave his home until his landlord came and did the actual repair several days later. (We even had to have another friend bring him something that he could prop the door from the inside to basically barricade himself in). he called the locksmith to make him more safe not less! this is a real disgrace and this is no way for a company to operate or to treat elderly people who are disabled and live alone😭 by the way are complaints fell on deaf years as regards even a partial refund since they feel that the price is justified since they provided a lockout service which is all they felt they had to do to fulfill the ticket. 😫

  They didn’t give me a quote. When they got there I was expecting $100- $125 to unlock my truck but ended charging me $228. It took him two minutes to unlock and it cost that much!!!
