unprofessional service I ever had. It took the guy 4 hours just to unlock a bloody yile lock. The guy didn't know what he was doing. Couldn't work out his own tools. It looks like he nicked his sons tools and didn't know how to work it out, ended up drilling the lock out and took him about 4hours and he left the place all messy, didn't even clean up after finishing. Plus ask me if I wanted to have a go?!! So unprofessional and unorganised!! So disappointed!! Highly NOT recommended!!!!!

Scam of a company. Called out to have a door opening on a basic lock for £50. He fiddled around for 10 minutes before saying he had to drill it cause he couldn't open it. Which raised the charge to £150. Then after finishing drilling it said oh did you want a replacement lock, thats another £200. Scam artists

I've used KeyMe several times over the span for a few years and they have always been great! The keys function well and make getting copies so much easier, quicker, and less of a hassle.
