  Infrequent Frequency

  Guy was nice, but when I made an objection about their "mandatory" $30 service charge to come to me because they aren't open and suggested that I come to them instead, he said that was my only option. Okay, no problem. I said thank you for your time and was just hung up on since I couldn't provide any business. Point at hand, don't hang up on potential customers just because you can't make money off of them.
