We were really disappointed using the service. We thought that it would be more most convenient because it was the closest to our store. The technician took his time and also did not explain to us what the problems were with the lock. he was telling us different things and let us know that he would not be able to finish or complete the job in a timely manner.When our store manager spoke with him, he quickly switched up his answers and all of sudden knew how to fix the door. When we spoke to customer service, customer service was very rude and not very helpful at all.
