I had purchased 3 keys through the kiosk, but I only received 2. I called the Customer Service number and they QUICKLY provided a refund and assured me that my address was not saved. I would have given them a 5 stars, but I did afterall not get my 3rd key. The keys fit perfect in our locks too! So 5 🌟 for Customer Service and Quality and 4 🌟 for the kiosk.

Simple to use. Good experience with contacting customer service with my question. Would give 5 stars if they offered the flip key version that I could put in my key fob. But happy with having a spare key that works!
