I needed a specialty key cut the same day and Ken worked with me on getting it done the same day. He provided a reasonable price as well as an extra key just to make sure it worked. He can copy  99% of keys. I will always get my keys copied at Kens Duluth lock & key from now on. Seriously best in the business and great person to work with.

Ken tried to help me to do it myself before having an appointment. That kind of honesty and service doesn’t come around too much these days! I called this company to change out our Keys. They showed up on time and went to work. Before they were finished they noticed the lock was sticking, instead  of leaving me with that problem they fixed it. They didn't have to repair the sticking locking because their job was only for the keys, but they made the extra effort, something that's rear these days. I am very happy with Ken he is an awesome guy!!

After an early morning New Year's hike, I locked my keys in my car while getting my garbage can! I called three places for quotes, Kenn was 1) the best price 2) the fastest, and 3) the nicest.
