  If I could give 100 stars, I would! After my insurance's roadside assistance was COMPLETELY unhelpful, I called Jim's Lock and Safe in a bind. I had four hours before I had to get my baby from daycare, and I really didn't know what I was going to do if I didn't get a technician out and key made in time. Within two hours, the technician (Jason) was out, and once he arrived, he had the key made within 30 minutes. The last time I had a locksmith out, the whole process took 8 hours, so this was insanely speedy! Thank you, Jim's Lock & Safe, and thank you, Jason!!!

  Jason and James did a excellent job fixing a deadbolt lock on our deck door. We had this atrium door installed about 45 years ago. The deadbolt manufacture went out of business over 40 years ago and parts were no longer available. All new deadbolt locks would not fix due to the closeness of the glass to the edge of the door. The broken lock was taken to their shop and rebuilt with old parts and now works great. This saved us the huge expense of replacing the door.

  Very fast service so helpful!! Had a bit of an emergency and they were calm and made the situation so much easier!! I cannot stress ENOUGH how wonderful this locksmith is!!! Absolutely the best, if you need anyone, call Jim’s FIRST!!!
