Had a tough time looking for someone to have or door fixed permanently at one of our stores. Luckily I found Hester Door & Lock. Called them at around 11 AM and they showed up within an hour. Jerry was extremely helpful and professional. Explained what the issues were and also explained everything that he was doing.

This company comes highly recommended. I have a F150 where i locked my keys in. I called Hester A Door and Lock Service, after calling several others whose ETA were too long. In good time Jerry the locksmith showed up, and unlocked it and within 5mins, literally. Cant forget to mention the excellent price on the service. We were traveling from Mobile, AL to Danvile, VA when I locked my keys in my van. I called and he was there in about 10 minutes. He quickly opened the van and got us on our way. Hester has been extremely dishonest!  We are writing this review to protect potential future customers.

We did not notice the low rating reviews on this site in addition to all the reviews written on the Better Business Bureau site that describe Hester's thievery of thousands of dollars taken from innocent victims until after we signed a contract with this company.

He wrote a contract for our project, took our cash deposit (several hundreds of dollars), and did not follow up when promised with the materials for installation. A refund was requested, and he has made several promises to return the money. However, to date (this process has been underway for months now), there has been no follow communication and no cash refund.

We are writing this review to protect you from any undue stress or fraud this company may impose. We recommend that you solicit business from someone else.

Called and he was there in 3 minutes. Did a great job breaking a lock and replaced ing it without any noise (this was in our spa). He not only was fast and quiet, he was very reasonable and professional!
