The best hardware store in America. Wonderful and helpful staff and if they don't have it, you probably won't find it anywhere. Great selection of everyday things as well as a lot of cool more obscure products.

I used to work at a hardware store very similar and this place brings back so many memories. Also, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, there's a wide selection of items no matter what your project, and it's close to home which is always a plus! Support local businesses!!

I'm really not sure what the deal is with the cashiers at this joint but when you work a customer service gig you should at least pretend to enjoy it. Sheesh 🙄 also, what happened to that kitty that was always casually dwellin up in there!? He was xtra kewl ... 😎

I've been shopping at Hance my whole life. This family run business helped our business (Kingdale Kennels) with everything we needed to repair and fix on the daily. Shop local friends. It makes a huge difference - and the service is second to none!

Once again Hance Hardware has saved me unknown hundreds by providing just the right fix with their invaluable ingenuity and experience. This time they fixed a cross-threaded AC fitting that likely would have meant replacing the whole unit. It took them two minutes. From home plumbing to electronics to gardening to having just the right tool—do yourself a favor and check with Hance when you hit a snag in your project, they’ve seen it all. Keep up the good work!

I love Hance Hardware, they carry a lot of stuff like my grandfather's old fashioned Coast to Coast Hardware store from the 60s.
