  Buyer BE AWARE of this company. I am reporting this company to the better business bureau.. Very non customer friendly and won’t give a estimate /price if I simply want one key and one door rekeyed.. they want to charge you a fee upfront then go out to property and tell you the additional fee for what you want done while there. This might be necessary in some unique situation with lots involved. I said I want an estimate for this one thing I lost the original key to one door please so I can determine. She said ok well ,,(& hung up)..No I’m sorry or it could be in this range if that’s all you need. I called back she hung up again as I have a professional office and talk to customers routinely this is unbelievable. I will find out her name that she wouldn’t give with time and day and report every possible place. However I take this as a sign. DO NOT USE.. I have never been treated in this type of way in customer service. She definitely shouldn’t be the voice on the phone when calling for service.,As her bad behavior effects how wide spread a potential customer can speak of the company. If you don’t or won’t serve a customers request , you handle customer with dignity. This person (female)that answered @ 12:40p today feb 16,2022 & refused to give her name will get a formal written complaint connected to my # & fortunately for me the whole conversation was recorded.👍🏻
