  The three kids working today had absolutely no clue what they were doing and had zero knowledge of their inventory best way to lose customers is to have employees that don't know their a$$ from a hole in the ground I'll keep my business at Hank's

  I confess, I love hardware stores. To me they are idea factories. Gilbert True Value is no exception. Pure fun finding what I want and the staff is always helpful and friendly. Check them out.
