  George H. Wright Co Inc recently changed a lock for me at my family home. They were heavily booked at the time I called, and I had a short window of availability and was not that close to Geneva. But, they fit me in and solved my lock issue all while being extremely efficient and pleasant (as was their phone receptionist too). Jeff re-keyed my lock in no time, put the system back together perfectly, and provided me w/ the number of keys I ordered all that worked. My husband and I could not have been more pleased with their service! Wright will absolutely be my first call when I need a locksmith again.

  The best locksmiths around! Every single key I've ever had duplicated by them has worked flawlessly (can't say the same for those I've bought at Walmart, hardware stores, etc).

  Called to get a quote and was given an email address to send information to. Never got a return email. I followed up a couple weeks later, still didn't hear back. I then called to confirm I had the right email address. Months later I called to ask if this is something they did, the boy who answered the phone was very unprofessional. He said "not right now, I'm the only one here" - I had been hoping to have someone stop out that weekend, not on a Thursday afternoon. So I asked if I could get a call back to set something up and he almost hung up without getting my name or number and without making sure they even served my area. Some standard questions. Never heard back from them.
