I had my semi-truck broke down in Van, TX. Called Fuller's, and within one hour they picked up the truck and towed it to a repair shop. Fast service, reasonable price. Highly recommended.

All I had was a question, and the tyler 24/7 operator acted very irritated with me.  I mean, it was 8 pm and outside of lobby business hours but the website says open 24/7.  If you don’t want to answer questions about an impounded vehicle that *you* have possession of you probably shouldn’t contract with smith county sheriffs office for business.  I’m actually very angry about how I was treated on the phone. I’m very sorry I had to call back to get some information on my best friends car.  Sorry I had the audacity to bother you about what you get paid for.  I’d post less stars if I could.

I’m am sorry that you are upset with your situation. Our office business hours are Monday thru Friday 8-5pm. Our after hours dispatch has no information for any vehicle that we have impounded at any of our locations. You must understand that while we are a 24 hour towing service, certain information is not available after hours. Also in order for us to give you information to any vehicle that we have impounded, you must be the registered owner or have the equivalent paper work needed to retrieve such info or vehicle. I am sorry that you feel this way and hope you can overcome this event. Have a good day and safe travels.

Had an Accident at 3 in the morning earlier this week. I called around to get a few quotes and Fullers was the lowest i got.
Brandon (i think thats his name) got to me about 20 minutes after being dispatched, hooked up in less than 10 and we were on our way. Awesome experience, couldnt ask for more

Everybody there was real nice If I was working there it'd be a great place to work

They refused to give me a quote, which I find odd...........

My work truck got stuck at a customer location on the south side of the county and was leaning bad. After calling around town Fullers was the most professional with customer service on the phone and gave the shortest eta to come get me. They showed up within 45 min and had me out in no time!!!! The driver was beyond professional and helpful!!!!! Ohhh and the bill I got was not what I thought I would get! Much lower and competitive with anybody I called and was quoted! Thanks Fullers Towing!!!! Will be using you for my work and personal tow’s from now on!!!!!!!!

A rip off for sure and I worked for a towing company and know the prices.  I would never recommend them for any towing or recovery services.
