These guys are AMAZING! They come to your house (or business I'm sure)and make new car keys for you, the programmable kind, in about an hour (actually I think it was less, maybe 40 mins), & all my new keys work GREAT! Plus the gentleman gave me an extra entry-only key (it won't start car, but manually opens doors & trunk), plus before he left gave me a handful of keyrings w/those tags to write on. The cost, to come to my house (at the scheduled time!), make me two programmed keys & a manual key (plus an extra manual key, plus handful of tagged keyrings) was about $200. I'd done a LOT of research into getting new keys for my car, and believe me, that price is AMAZING! I was thrilled! 'Cause I only had ONE original key left, & everyone I talked to said I couldn't get new keys made unless I went to the dealership; dealership quoted me a price more than twice that - over $500! And NOBODY else comes out to your house! Flying Fortress gets 5 stars from me: I wish I could give them eleven (11)! And just FYI: I don't know these guys, and they don't know me. This is an honest, true review from a very happy customer, & it's 100% on the level. Thank you, F.F. for running your business the way I wish all businesses would: you give me hope that businesses CAN be customer-friendly, without price gouging, for just the average customer off the street. You guys totally rock!

This was my go to company even though they are overpriced, but no more. They charged  me $800 to secure a window only for thieves to break into same secured window.  Overcharge and very unprofessional will never do business with them again. Lost a good customer

I couldn't find a remote for my 15 Ram at a decent price. Walked into Flying Fortress they order my remote got it a couple days later at a great price. Plus the people there are GREAT, super friendly. Thank you my friends.

I have used this locksmith on multiple occasions over the last few years. They have always been knowledgeable, helpful, and personable.
It is wonderful to have service like this!

I paid $190 for 2 Keys and a Key cylinder, and another $60 for install but coding was free on the receipt.   I did this in the shop, took them the parts, then they came out for the install.  Clearly this was a package price, Key and Cylinder was over priced but package price was fine.  Originally I thought I would pick up parts and Install myself but owner said I would fail and I should hire them to do the programing and I did.

Then the locksmith showed up, installed the cylinder, couldn't get the truck to start.  Declared I had to take it to the dealer to get programed.  No problem how about some money back?  Answer was NO WAY, we didn't charge you to code it.  They left, I executed my original plan when I though to do it myself.  Found the procedure on the internet and 30 min procedure to code the GM vehicle and had it started an hour later.

So I overpaid for bad service. In the end stuff happens, his guy didn't know how to program it, and he was the expert.  Why not make it right for the customer and charge me for Key and Cylinder but refund the lack of getting the truck running.

This is likely why they over charge for Keys and Cylinders and don't for the coding.  Because when they fail to program the vehicle they can claim no refund.    The owner was rude and would accept no accountability for their failure to deliver because of the line item write up on the receipt.

He took my picture of me trying to argue my point.  He was insulting and accusing me of being stupid.  Not sure he wasn't trying to entice me into something else.

In Reply to below, I parked in two spaces at the adjacent restaurant business at 930am, that was not yet open.  My truck works because I was able to do the programing myself that the specialty locksmith walked away from and told me to tow it to the dealer).

Very good experience.  Locksmith kindly served me in the parking lot since I've been super careful avoiding COVID-19.  I never knew my 2008 Corolla key had a chip in it & cost so much.  He let me try the new key without the chip, so I could understand that the ignition would not turn over, & then with it.  Very good & friendly neighborhood service!

Seriously if you need a Locksmith Flying Fortress is the way to go! When i called me and my kids were locked out of our car and whomever answered the phone was very polite and professional was able to get me an exact quote and someone out to us in less then 20 min. When they showed up we were lucky to get such a nice man named Gabriel very patient with us and super nice! He wasn't even there 5 min by the time we were already in our car ready to head out! I really appreciate you all Thank you for your help!  They were very quick and they have great prices. I Definitely recommend calling these guys for your Locksmith needs! HAPPY NEW YEAR!

My son accidentally locked my keys in my car as I was getting ready for work. Flying Fortress had a locksmith to me in 25 minutes, my door open in under 3 minutes and I was at work only 37 minutes later than normal. The locksmith who came was friendly and courteous. Would highly recommend to anyone in need.

These guys are professional, helpful, and so nice! We've had keys copied here several times. And most recently had them at our house to change all the locks. Reasonable prices and excellent service.
