  Fast, good service. Clearly know what they're doing with respect to key copying. The guy in front of me needed a key copied from a 2010 vehicle and the staff person immediately told him that the particular key required programming to be done by a specialist and gave him their number - demonstrating his expertise in the key industry.

  So this is an odd review because I didn't actually use the service. Let me explain. Dogsitting for friends and got locked out of the house. We only use the deadbolt but somehow the knob got set to locked and when I got back, couldn't get in. I called a different service first, but they couldn't come for several hours and I had 2 elderly dogs in the house. Waiting hours wasn't an option. That other service recommended Don's. I called, explained the urgency, and the person on the line was super understanding and professional (I believe their name was Toni). I got an appointment for a three hour window just 30 minutes later, and they called to say they were on the way just after the window opened. Luckily, the owners have a remote garage door opener app and were able to get me in. I called the locksmith back and he was super friendly and understanding. He actually sounded happy for me that I had gotten in and wouldn't need his service. That's professional and great customer service...even tho I wasn't going to be a paying customer. Really appreciate the team here and will use if I ever need a locksmith again.

  Great service! Showed up in five minutes when the lock to my house was stuck late at night, got the door open in about two minutes, and completely saved my life. Very professional and quick service!
