  4 years ago when we opened Bob had helped explain the use of our lock free of charge. Yesterday we called them for service and Bob showed up again in less than 4 business hours, had the right parts on his van, fixed the lock in less than 15 minutes and was a very pleasant gentleman with professionalism. Highly recommend this place without any hesitations.
