  After I changed the battery in my car's key fob, it stopped working. I went in expecting it to cost me around $20, but after they opened it up and fixed it, all they charged me was a promise to have a good day. I did! A very cool company!!!

  The service is great. They weren’t able to rekey something for me, but never offered me a different lock until I asked about it, but the whole new lock was more than I wanted to spend.
