  My husband lost his truck fob and was stuck at Home Depot. we called them to have someone go out to unlock it. The guy showed up in a timely manner. But after waiting for 45 mins, it was obvious that he was not going to be able to unlock it. He said he "locked it 6 times" but was having trouble unlocking it. which wasn't true cause we were standing right there and heard the 1 time he did lock it. we asked him if it would be easier for us to go home and try to find the fob. He seemed irritated, as were we. We decided it wouldn't hurt none to go look for it at home so we left. After looking at home for the fob for over an hour, we had no luck. (Its probably in the truck 🙄) so I called them back to see if he happened to get it unlocked when we left. The lady gave me an attitude and said he left since we were leaving to "get the key." Obviously the guy didn't understand that we were just going to TRY to find the key at home. Bad communication. The bad review is not for the guy who clearly didn't know what he was doing. it's for the lady and her terrible attitude and customer service. Would never call them again or refer them to anyone. Unsure how they got all the "5 star" on here. Our first and last experience with them. Very unprofessional. Called someone else. They called us when they were on their way there. By the time we got there, he ready had it opened.

  Avoid this place. The lady was incredibly rude and frankly a MASSIVE a**hole. I hope that place ends up closing. Very unprofessional, wish i could rate -5 stars.

  I bought 2 key blanks and took them to Coats to have them cut for my Jeep. They said it would be $15 for each key because these had a chip in them. Cutting a key with a chip or no chip is the exact same process. Instead, I went to Chris Key and they did it for $5 each. Don’t use Coats- go to Chris.
