I got a call from Simon from City Locksmith he informed me that
Antonio Shuti (Tony) at 586-222-7547 does not work for them and the information Tony gave me was false he did not represent this company. The previous review that I gave them does not represent the work of this company.

Simon was very professional and nice the fact that he followed up in regards to the complaint says a lot. That he cares about the reputation of his company and he stands by providing quality service. I wish I would have called them for my service.

Anthony is the best he pulled up quick and got my mama together quick and he was a lifer saver someone stole her battery and he blessed her with one

Anthony and Alex came out and changed my ignition in a matter of minutes I had another company come out yesterday and they where only able to make me a door key these guys r very professional and I will use theme again if I ever need a locksmith again

Incredible service.  Came through for me in a pinch on short notice on the Labor Day holiday!  Delivered quicker and better solution to my issue than I had thought of with at a price so low that I felt guilty and offered to pay more!  Offer was turned down!  City Locksmith will receive ALL of my key and lock business going forward despite being 10 miles away from where I live.  They literally saved my holiday!
