  Locksmith is a great locksmith company. I am very pleased with the work they did for me. The locks they installed on my door look great and work really well. They also took care of all the cleaning up afterwords and threw out all of the boxes on their own. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a locksmith!

  When your in a jam..City Island Locksmith "to the rescue! After I bought my house, I wanted to re-key all the locks. I've known these guys for a while now and I have complete trust in them. I called and made an appointment expecting the typical cable guy response, "" between 12 and 5pm"".. but the guy told me he would be here at 1pm... I said, between 1 and when?.. he said 1pm sharp. That is such a PLUS in my book. So.. I waited for him patiently expecting him to be late... He was EARLY! ha ha.. After showing him around and telling him what I wanted, he proceeded to work. After three hours, he was done. He presented me with a bill that was actually less than the quote! A truly professional organization that is not only out to do the job right, but also aims to make the customer happy.

  I called around to a number of different locksmiths and he offered by far the best rate. He also was a total sweetheart on the phone and worked to make it over to my house within the day.Once he arrived he was so jovial...eager to laugh...exactly how you want an old locksmith to be. He got my old vintage trunk open in a matter of ten minutes when other locksmiths had quoted hours. He was careful to be delicate with it and showed me how to protect it. He is great. I will never use another locksmith!
