Had a key, to utility cabinets on a truck, that was worn down pretty good and wasn't really working all the time. Long story short, the copy worked on the first try. First place I thought of (and went to) when I knew I needed a copy. I was not disappointed.

I just bought a new car, and it only came with one key. I went down there after work and they didn't have the key I needed, but said they could order it. I got a call soon as it came in, and they programed it to my car. everyone there was helpful and nice, especially being that i am not off work until 5, so I was coming close to closing time.

I Ask to cut a blank key that came preprogrammed with replacement ecu ... was told they can't cut a key unless I buy theirs and gave me no other reason or options. All this sounds like is greed. Could of made some money instead they want to make me buy another key have it programmed and cut by them smh ... I'll never recommend them nor alot of other lock smith for this tactic...

I locked out of my apartment and left keys inside on dresser. Called and you unlocked my apartment. Respectful place to do business.

Fast, efficient and fair. I've tested my new keys already and everything works great. I'll use them again, for sure.

This is a great place. I needed a few spare keys that I couldn’t get made at Lowes or Home Depot but I sure was able to get them done here. The gentleman that helped me was great on advising me.

A little pricey but money well spent to secure my new home. Quick service and knowledgeable staff.

Sam that works at charles day and night..was great he came took care of the lock replacement cleaned and sprayed the lock gauges did everything and quickly and perfectly. Thank you so much Charles day and night. Sam is an excellent worker.

Excellent place for making keys.  Much more options than the other big box stores.  Employees are knowledgeable and helpful.  I have been coming here for years.

The place is clean and well lit and the products are well displayed. The people will spend time with you to help you with any questions about their products and services. I have always had good experiences whenever I go there and I have been going there for over thirty years. They charge a very fair price for their products and services and are always ready to accommodate you.

I search everywhere to get boat key made, and no such luck. This place was my last resort and bingo! Bet they'll do just about any key you throw at them

They more like HE got the job done. Bent my spouses key I bought her, was trying to bend it straighter, (yes, I know...) Snap key broke like termite invested wood. Tried here and there, unfortunately they all had the kiosk, except one but they didn't want to waste a key trying to make it. Next day, (broke key on a Sunday) so Monday (next day) after explaining and getting a very stern talking to we went to Charlie's. Dry but he got the job done. I was ecstatic. But I asked for 2 keys but he insisted to try the key to make sure it works then he would make another copy. A little out of my way for a daily stop by though. Other than those 2 things,
5 stars because when it comes down to it. Their job isn't ti kiss my a$$ and grant wishes. But to make copies of keys and many other locksmith related jobs. Thank you for saving my a$$

This place is a gem. Classic locksmith and so much more. Safes and personal alarms and more keychains than I have ever seen in one place. The staff is super kind and knowledgeable. I just wish I had more business to give them! 10/10!!

They had exactly what I needed; and the price was less than I expected.

I needed a key for my Lock Em license plate frames. They tried a pattern. Didn't work. I used my spare key to bring in the lock. They made the correct pattern from the lock. No extra charge.

I honestly don't know why but I love these guys for the longest time. Personally, I've gone to them for years for all my key making needs. But I have to say, three an a half weeks ago I came to them to make some keys and ask if they repaired locks for a automobile. They said they could. After weeks trying to get a hold of them I was just told they had no such service. I was even told to buy an ignition that has been sitting on my counter for weeks. What happen to these guys?

Quick, in and out about 15 minutes. Based on referral from a brother, this Saved me hundreds up towards a thousand bucks on having a duplicate transponder car key made compared to the dealership that swindled me out of hundreds already. Get a back up made just incase your cars manufactured anti theft system decides to kick in when you change your remote key battery or have simply dropped it outside

The tech that was sent to my house for re-keying was Sam. He was super professional and patient putting back together the lock springs and pins that I attempted to remove myself. He was just an all around friendly guy, Charlie give this guy a raise.

I was there to get a qoute to have the ignition cylinder changed out from the damage America's Tire Company did.

Gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable and even offered something that I did not know was possible, to key the new cylinder to my old key so I don't have to carry 2 keys. As soon as insurance check comes in they are doing the work.

Shop was very clean, a wide assortment of keys, safes and locks.

I make all my copies of keys there. They are always helpful and friendly. Everytime I need something,I call them first. This  last time they couldn't help me til the afternoon. I was disappointed , but I understood. I needed someone yesterday. But, usually they're the one to call.  Changed all the locks in the rental and made some extra keys for a great price and timely manner . Keep em locked.

This place has everything you've ever thought of to hang on your keyring...plus buttloads of different kinds of pictures on blank keys. They can make you a spare key for your turkey or your monkey...these guys have it all, please believe me!

Unlike every other locksmith I tried, Charlie's had the unusual flat-sided key blank I needed, and made a copy of my key in just a couple minutes.  Easy peasy.  :-)

Great Convience Store! Its Cozy and is a Reminder of how Stores were decades ago before large commercial stores came. We get Our Keys made their and they have many other things that Customers Need that are Available.

Needed the lock cylinder replaced on my car ignition switch.  Called and was told I could come in at 1:00.  I got there and was told I had to drop the car off at 8 in the morning. Did that, told them I needed it that day and was told they'd call me when it was ready.  No call, so I went down before they closed. The car was barely touched. They suggested I leave it over the weekend and they'll work on it Monday. No thanks. I'll never go there again.

Terrible service, lack of work ethic. No respect for the customer. Dropped of a lock to be keyed was told to come back in an hour and a half came back in 2 hours hadn't touched my lock suggested I leave it overnight. Key will be ready in the morning that was a lie. Showed up at the close of day my lock lay untouched for 2 days. Grabbed my lock and left. I will never do business with them and I suggest you dont.

Called to find out a price to have keys cut, I already had the blanks, just needed them cut. They told me. $5 each. drive all the way over and guy at register says they can't cut outside keys. Would have been nice to know when I called that morning

My mom's suitcase's lock got all jammed..Tried everything till we took it to Charlie's Day and Night....There was a very experienced gentleman who unlocked it after a few minutes. We are still able to use the same suitcase..Awesome store with real experienced master :)

Was looking for a locksmith and this was the first to pop up. Called to see how much a new car key would cost and told me the price. I asked a few question and whoever was on the phone questioned me if I trusted him coming over to my house and when I said it's not that I'm just asking, they just said I'm just asking too.  Not sure if he was trying to make conversation but felt uncomfortable so I went elsewhere.

Every key they make works except 1 key for mailbox. I tried 3 other locksmiths that could not make key that work for mailbox previously. I'm sure they can correct mailbox key when I go back.

Had a home saf whereas the handle had broken.  Technician Sam was dispatched to my residence,  and a great job. I would give Six Stars to Sam.

When I first bought my new home, had some confusion with the keys and as a result locked myself out of my house...  Stopped by their location and someone met me at my home quickly... After verification the lock was opened and I paid the fee...
Since then Ive merely taken a hammer to the lock when this happened again, the cost of a new lock set is about 60% less, but the service was great...
