  This was my first time ever requiring a lockout service before. Panicking with my phone running low - and no way to charge it - I called to inquire about their services, and within 30 minutes of being locked outside, Clarence showed up!! It was a seamless process and the service was so fast. Clarence was able to salvage my deadbolt lock in the process as well, which is amazing.

  I had a wonderful experience with Clarence. He was extremely responsive, and set a time that worked perfectly for both of us, that also didn't keep me waiting forever. I felt he was very honorable and transparent with his communication regarding payment, and then he did a really good job fixing both of our locks. If you ever have a lock emergency, I hope you're lucky enough to get Clarence to come help you out!

  Clarence was professional, transparent, and honest. He provided an accurate and up front ETA and price. He was very careful not to damage the vehicle. He was very friendly. If I ever need a locksmith again, Clarence is the guy.
