  Kyle went above and beyond what was expected. I was looking for a smart lock and it would have taken possibly a week to get it to him. He knew that I had a customer showing up in 3 days and offered a top of the line smart lock, normally $400. Not only did he get over to my place to install it before my customer showed, he gave me a $100 discount on the lock. I am very pleased with the service & pricing and would definitely use Branson Lock & Key again.

  Very helpful over the phone. Could not come out.But was willing to receive pictures and help with over the phone to get us back into our condo.Superfriendly super helpful

  I called ahead to make sure they would be there. Jeff took the time the look up my lock and found a key for it. Professional courteous and reasonably priced
