  Mike is the best! He has helped me program my car key and get Replacement keys for my office. Mike is always a great guy whenever I needed help. He is Quick and always does a great job at a great price. I definitely recommend him to the neighborhood he is really a great contact to keep handy in your phone.

  Outstanding service! Bob's was very responsive when I first contacted them for a new lockset and knobs for the door to my co-op apartment. John was great throughout the process, making a visit to get accurate measurements and then making the effort to put together a custom set in different finishes for each side of the door. He kept me advised of the status of my order. When installing, John took all the time necessary to adjust the fit to the existing design. The quality of the knobs and locks is excellent and the installation was very well done. I highly recommend Bob's Locksmith!

  When I called Bob's this afternoon, my 2 year old granson bolted himself in my apartment, and we didn't have the key to open the bolt. Bob's emergency truck got here within 10 minutes. My grandson finally figured out how to unbolt it, and the door was opened. The locksmith did not charge us, and would not accept any money. He said he was just happy that my grandson was safe. Bob's will ALWAYS have my business! Thank you to Bob's.
