  The worst customer service experience I've ever received at my college apartment The Point At Raiders Crossings 2315 North Tennessee Blvd. The staff is completely rude. The girls who work in the front office either have an attitude when you walk in or never acknowledge your presence. Managers are never able to speak to you, they're either always on the phone or never there. The only way you can talk to them is when you're trying to sign your lease. Basically they only want to talk to you when you're to trying apply there and once you live here you will never hear from them. The website is always down, bus is always messed up, gate always broke but force to pay for a gate key. If someone asks me, "Is this place good place to stay?" My answer is stay away. You can't even pay your rent for free and it's hard to pay ahead of time because they only take rent payments between the first and the fifth of the money.

  I saw am advertisement for ReNewed Eye Cream. I call to receive a sample not knowing I was going to be in a study and must report my results in 14 days. Since I didn't report results I was charged full price plus shipping and handling rates are or the product which was supposed to be a sample product. Go figure???

  Extremely poor customer service. Will not respond passes the buck to other departments when there is a issue. Even customer solutions is no help.
