  It cannot get any better than this. I had a bizarre case of the doorknob lock stuck LOCKED! Fortunately I already had GREAT EXPERIENCE with Bay Lock, so I never hesitated to call. He came out on a miserable rainy day. The latch was so stubborn he had to break it into small pieces. Being the total PROFESSIONAL that he is, he had a new latch in his jacket pocket. A few minutes later the job was DONE! He has a complete shop in his van, so when I asked for a spare Yukon key he pulled the blank off the board and cut the key right in my driveway. So lucky to know him!

  My wife and I went on a walk and came back to find our electric deadbolt had died while we were out. Not having our keys, we called Bay Lock Services to get us back inside. The locksmith arrived in record time (10-15 minutes) when the drive from the business address to our house is 10 minutes. The locksmith was able to cut us a new key and get us back inside in probably ~15 minutes. We were charged $80; $60 for the service call and $20 for the key. I could not be more pleased with the courteous service, quick arrival, and reasonable price.
