I was traveling thru Nashville in September when the batteries on my mobility scooter wouldn't work making it difficult for me to do the sightseeing I planned. I found the Batteries Plus store on Nolensville Pike on the internet and called them. I arrived at the store 30 minutes before closing and was greeted by two of the nicest people I  have met. They changed the battery with no issues and I was on my way in 15 minutes. Great service, great staff!

Nice helpful staff. Don’t drive all over town looking for different batteries. They got all kinds here. And you can take lithium batteries here to be recycled!

Great business! Needed a key fob battery replaced and they didn’t charge me to test the battery and knew exactly the replacement it needed. Everyone was so friendly. Highly recommended for anything battery-related. Can’t speak for the bulbs but I assume also great selection.

Had a last minute need and the staff was super helpful down to the last minute that they were open. Call ahead of time if you find yourself in that predicament and they will get it ready for you!

Cheap parts, rude staff, phone is permanently ruined and tried to get money back for the $109 they charged for the cheap iPhone screen they put on the phone. Couldn’t text and broke at the slightest impact. Don’t go here!

Gray, According to our records, a replacement screen was placed on an iPhone 8 Plus. The device was fully functional, with no screen issues, upon pick up. The device was presented back to our store with new damage, from an acknowledged impact/drop. New damage is not covered under the warranty, and a refund would not apply. Thank you.

I arrived 10 mins before closing and the door was locked. The girl working behind the counter didn’t even look up at me when I knocked on the door. A guy came up and was trying to talk to me through the closed door. He finally opened the door and said “We closed already. They don’t pay us to be here past 7, so we don’t stay past then.” Poor customer service. Wanted to support small business but instead I just ordered the batteries I needed off of Amazon for 1/2 the price.

I placed an order online for a car battery. After i completed the transaction i received an e-mail and the store denied the order. I called the store and they told me they would not sell me the battery for the price on there website and wanted $50 more that the listed price. Talk about bait and switch pricing. Not very good customer service.

Stopped to get a battery for my key fob, and the staff was so knowledgeable about their inventory, I purchased four more items as well. Very tricky, "Batteries Plus," hiring good staff and training them well in order to increase sales and keep customers happy. How clever of you😏
