Price was competitive for a quality battery. Phillip was very customer focused, installing the battery for us in 15 minutes - outdoors in cold weather. Great quality and service at a good price. What else can you ask for. God bless you all.

Asked for curb delivery but cashier said it was not on order. so I had to carry core deposit and new battery. I have 6 back surgeries. Lazy people you hire.

Best experience ever! My iphone X was coming apart due to a swelling battery, and as a result I also had a vertical green line going across the display. I brought my phone in to get the battery replaced ( I opted to not get a new display and figured I'd just live with the green line).

At $65, Batteries Plus Bulbs has an amazing price for battery replacement. I called two other places nearby and was quoted $85 and $110.

To get the $65 price, you just make an appointment ( I made one online and there was an open slot within the very next hour, otherwise it's $69.99, which is still a steal obviously lol).

For some reason, none of the batteries at the store were working with my phone, so B+B shipped it to one of their facilities to be worked on, at no extra charge. Dropped my phone off on Friday and got it back Tuesday. For whatever reason, they weren't able to fix my phone without replacing the display, so they did so, FOR FREE! a $180 value. Nicholas S. was super friendly, knowledgable and helpful throughout the process. A+ employee, Batteries Plus Bulbs is lucky to have him!

Took a phone that was working perfectly fine but needed to have the screen replaced. After they replaced the screen the phone no longer works at all. They ordered a replacement and I specifically told them my carrier was Sprint/TMobile and when trying to activate the phone turns out it’s a Verizon phone

Had the battery that we needed when we needed it! That's just HUGE SINCE COVID!!! People just don't want to do anything anymore and business owners don't want to spend money on products to have on hand anymore.

The employees at this store are so helpful! The manager was able to help me with a battery for my wife's boat. As someone who knows nothing about them, he was able to explain to me the exact battery I needed and he was right! Hooked it up and it worked perfectly! Great customer service as well!
