  Employee at counter fixed my key fob for FREE! This made me so happy, because, it hasn't worked since I bought the truck over a year ago. The alarm on the truck would go off intermittently and startle my whole neighborhood. I couldn't lock my truck or remote start it. Alex was wonderful

  Jacob was very helpful! He made what started as a stressful evening into a pleasent one. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. If we ever have battery trouble again we plan to come back to batteries plus! He went out of his way to help us and definitely deserves a raise or promotion!
