  Recently bought 6 golf cart batteries online to pick up from the Sherman Texas store. Paid 149 each and when I got to the store to pick up they had the same batteries on the rack for 139. I asked to be sure if that was the same battery I purchased and was told yes so I asked if I could get that price and was told no as they were going to change the price on the rack. Not real happy with this transaction, I feel that if it's advertised on the rack for 139 then that is what I should have paid. Should of just canceled my purchase but drove an hour away to pick these up.

  My wife took my phone in to the store to have the charging port and battery replaced. Josh cleaned the port and saved me the cost of the replacing the port. He also replaced the battery and still gave her the discounted price for the battery replacement. My wife said that Josh and Jared were the two of the nicest people she had met. I know she wouldn't just say that without being treated exceptionally. Thank you.

  Don’t do business with these people. They have terrible customer service and are a bunch of smart mouthed, inconsiderate lowlifes. Wanted to do a return, told us the policy and then told us to never return because we didn’t agree.
